Twilight Yoga & Local Social

Move through a 60-minute Vinyasa-style practice led by Alexis Abbate, with space to explore breath, movement, and alignment at your own pace. Throughout class, Roxanne Krummenacher will offer optional hands-on assists to those who would like to receive them. Each assist will be offered with consent and is intended to support awareness, ease, and a more connected experience within the poses. Come practice, connect with the community, and enjoy gathering at GFL Gator Garden, a truly special music and event venue right in our own backyard. All levels are welcome A local social to follow - featuring wine, zero-proof sips, personal grazing boards, and shopping with local vendors!
