Whitney Mixon Trio featuring Paul Stewart and Travis Simmons*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Whitney Mixon Band Whitney Mixon is a New Orleans-based vocalist, songwriter and performer whose style fuses funk, soul, jazz and '90s R&B with the vibrant musical DNA of her hometown. She leads the band "Whit It" and is known for energetic live shows that balance intimate moments with full-on groove. In 2023 she took home the title of Stage Door Idol winner, and her debut studio album, Mix Up, released in October 2025, explores themes of love, growth and self-discovery while inviting listeners into her journey both on stage and beyond.
